TBAF Funding Pause

It is with a heavy heart that the TBAF team has made the tough decision to temporarily close our funding intake. During this time, we will be unable to take new requests for funding assistance, and will only be working with already established clients until we reopen our intake. At this time, we are seeing a rapidly increasing need for assistance from abortion-seekers that outpaces our available funds and capacity. This is the first time since the Dobbs decision and the fall of Roe that we have had to make this difficult decision, and we will be utilizing this time to connect with donors and supporters in an effort to increase our available funding and staffing.

We plan to reopen our intake, appointment funding, and practical support assistance on October 16th. We are also keeping a close eye on the impending Florida Supreme Court decision and are assessing how to best support abortion-seekers if and when the six-week ban goes into effect. We will keep any updates posted on our social media accounts as we have them.
